1. General Provisions

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all events organized by Donder & Bliksem B.V, operating under the name Elle-Naturelle.be.

1.2 By attending our events and/or using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1.3 Elle-Naturelle.be reserves the right to refuse entry without providing a reason.

1.4 Aggression, racism, or any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the venue without a refund.

1.5 By registering for an event or purchasing a ticket, you automatically accept these terms and conditions.

2. Participation Requirements

2.1 Our events are strictly for individuals aged 18 and over.

2.2 All participating women are legal adults and take part voluntarily and independently, whether attending alone or as part of a couple.

2.3 Our events are condom-optional; participants may choose whether or not to use protection.

2.4 Participation is only allowed with a valid HIV and syphilis test result. Without proof, entry is not permitted.

2.5 We strongly recommend regular STI testing. We are not responsible for any infections contracted during events.

2.6 Participants are solely responsible for their health and protection decisions. The organization is not liable for the consequences of unprotected intercourse during events.

3. Liability

3.1 Attendance is at your own risk.

3.2 Participants are responsible for any accidents or incidents during events.

3.3 Donder & Bliksem B.V will strive to ensure the presence of all listed performers but cannot guarantee their attendance.

3.4 The organization is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

4. Registration and Cancellation

4.1 Registration is done via our website. After registering, you will receive an email confirmation.

4.2 If you no longer wish to attend, you can cancel your registration via the link in the confirmation email.

5. Guestbook Policy

5.1 The guestbook is meant for sharing experiences and feedback.

5.2 Messages containing mockery, profanity, or offensive content may be removed without prior notice.

5.3 When using the guestbook, IP addresses are stored for security purposes.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless legally required.

6.2 When using the guestbook, your IP address is stored to protect the platform’s integrity.

6.3 IP addresses are stored solely for security and fraud prevention purposes and are not shared unless required by law.

7. Ticket Sales and Refunds

7.1 Tickets are sold via our affiliated ticketing website.

7.2 Purchased tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money.

7.3 If access is denied by the organization for any reason, no refund will be issued.

7.4 If an event is canceled by the organization, participants will receive a credit voucher equal to the ticket value, usable for future events. Cash refunds will not be issued.

8. Use of Media

8.1 No photos or videos are taken during regular Elle-Naturelle.be events.

8.2 Some events, such as Xbanging and Flemish Filth, may include media coverage. This is always clearly communicated in advance.

8.3 Promotional images on our website are submitted by the participating women themselves. We are not responsible for the authenticity or recency of these images.

9. Applicable Law and Disputes

9.1 These terms are governed by Belgian law.

9.2 Disputes arising from these terms or from participation in our events will be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where Donder & Bliksem B.V is established.
